You will be part of the TRISON team in the IT Systems department as ERP Support Technician in our office in A Coruña.

What will be your mission?

To provide IT support to company users and manage ERP-related queries and requirements, ensuring system functionality and operational efficiency under established quality standards.

What will your day-to-day life as a ERP Support Technician be like?

  • ERP Configuration and User Management: Configure ERP modules, adjust parameters, and manage user roles and permissions to align with company workflows and security protocols.
  • User Support and Training: Provide technical support for ERP issues, resolve user queries, document common issues, and conduct user training sessions with supporting materials.
  • System Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Monitor ERP performance, coordinate with infrastructure teams for optimal system operation, and collaborate with ERP providers on updates and feature enhancements.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize ERP workflows in collaboration with departments such as Finance, Sales, and Operations to enhance business process efficiency.
  • System Integration and Automation: Oversee ERP integrations with other systems, ensuring data consistency, and implement automation tools to reduce manual tasks and improve operational productivity.

What do we expect from you?

· At least 3 years of experience in IT support, ideally in tech companies.
· Hands-on experience with Navision/Dynamics Business Central.
· Familiarity with ticketing tools.
· Solid experience with Microsoft environments, including Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
· Strong written and spoken English, as the role involves providing support to users globally.
