What will be your mission?

To deliver cutting-edge LED and audiovisual solutions for leading international brands.

What do we expect from you?

· Higher university education in engineering is essential.

· At least 5 years' experience as an audiovisual engineer.

· High level of organisational skills in complex and multidisciplinary areas.

· Communication and interpersonal skills, especially with commercial areas.

· Commitment to collective objectives and to the management team.

· Methodical, precise person who is used to meeting and ensuring that deadlines are met.

· Fluent in English

Main Tasks:

• Deliver system engineering projects by producing technical information and documentation according to Trison standards, for internal use, clients, and external contractors
• Drive quality and consistency within the engineering team by developing, implementing, and monitoring processes and best practices. Act as a proactive last line of defense in problem-solving both on-site and remotely.
• Support the Sales department by providing engineering estimates in terms of design and labor, handling multiple projects within budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Act as a technical liaison with internal departments, clients, and contractors.
• Design systems covering electronics, mechanics, and optics to meet client needs, using proven technologies and exploring innovative solutions.

TRISON Working & environment Conditions

· Permanent contract

· Flexible Working Hours: Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday with flexible start/end times between 08:00–10:00 and 17:00–19:00. Intensive schedule on Fridays from 08:00-09:00 to 15:00-16:00.

· Intensive working hours throughout August.

· Remote Work on Fridays.
