This Project Manager position is part of the Global Projects Department and will be based in our offices in A Coruña.


What will be your mission?

Manage audiovisual integration projects in all tasks related to the project’s supply chain, covering everything related to the design revision, execution, and coordination of the different stakeholders (departments, clientes, providers...) involved in the project’s implementation.


Which are the Job Responsibilities?

· Ongoing communication with the logistics departments of clients and installers, in order to gather the necessary information on the planning of new openings, monitoring and updating of standards and procedures established by the client.

· Management of incidents and complaints attributable to your management area, communicating to the different departments involved, any modification or update of the client's requirements.

· Making customer offers through the company's own software.

· Internal logistics coordination


What do we expect from you?

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management position, preferably in companies within the contract sector, logistics, or foreign trade.

· Academic Background: University and/or technical professional education (Engineering, Architecture, or similar).

· Fluent written and spoken Spanish & English (knowledge of other languages is an asset).

· Organised, dynamic and proactive person

· Analytical and detail oriented

· Capacity for planning, problem solving and team work.

· Tools: Office 365 / ERPs of Management (Navision is a plus)


TRISON Working & environment Conditions

· Permanent contract

· Flexible Working Hours: Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday with flexible start/end times between 08:00–10:00 and 17:00–19:00. Intensive schedule on Fridays from 08:00-9:00 to 15:00-16:00.

· Intensive working hours throughout August.

· Remote Work on Fridays.
