You will be part of the TRISON team in the Technical Support department as Technical Support Technician in our office in A Coruña.
What will be your mission?
Maintenance and technical management of audiovisual projects for client in 100+ countries
What will your day-to-day life as a Technical Support Technician be like?
· Management, monitoring and resolution of incidents derived from digital Marketing projects.
· Maintenance and technical management displays: LCD, TVS
· Configuration and maintenance of audio solutions for clients.
· Use of ticketing tools to track incidents
· Remote technical support for breakdowns and new installations.
· Preparation, configuration and layout of equipment
What do we expect from you?
· Professional Training in audiovisual or systems and networks
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in companies in the technology sector.
· Fluent written and spoken english (2 open positions) and german (1 open position)
· Organised, dynamic and proactive person
· Analytical and detail oriented
· Capacity for planning, problem solving and team work.
