Tender Specialist

You will be part of the TRISON team in the Administration department as Tender Specialist in our office in A Coruña.

What will be your mission?

Participate and prepare tenders, both private and public, for the acquisition and execution of space digitalization projects.

What will your day-to-day life as a Tender Specialist  be like?

• Conduct market research to identify new tender opportunities
• Review and analyze tender documents andrequirements.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, andsubcontractors to clarify tender requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure feasibility and compliance with technical specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for tender proposals.
• Ensure all tenders comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all submitted tenders and related documentation.
• Prepare and submit tender proposals in a timely manner.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and stakeholders

What do we expect from you?

Minimum experience of 2 years developing public tender tasks is essential.
